These terms apply when you buy from LipAfrika through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. They don’t take away any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by WhatsApp or email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you place your order. Orders paid by EFT are sent once the payment reflects in our account. If you pay online by card, the payment is handled by a secure payment provider, and we never see your card details.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we’ll contact you before sending your order. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Product colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Delivery
We send orders with the delivery option you choose: The Courier Guy to your address, or PAXI to the PEP store you choose. Delivery times are the delivery company’s estimates. Please make sure someone can receive a courier parcel, and collect PAXI parcels within the time PAXI allows.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
- You can cancel free of charge until your order has been booked with the delivery company.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 7 days of collection.
- Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of collection. You pay the cost of sending them back.
- For hygiene reasons, opened, swatched or used lip products can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
- Refunds are paid within 10 working days.

Your account
Keep your password private. You’re responsible for orders placed using your account, and you can ask us to close it at any time.
Using our products
Check the ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using a product if it irritates. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
